I mean no disrespect to Luis' work, and I even think he enhaced the original photo's color quite a bit, but I kind of feel a little uncomfortable seeing someone else's name and Copyright symbol on what is essentially my photo with improved colors and contrast. The way it is presented, it seems he took the photo. I know there are credits given and Luis did the job re-coloring the photo, and making the HDR effect but I don't know if that is enough modification to be "signed" by him. Other users have used photos of mine, but their final work is quite different from the original. Just my two cents. Hope I don't start a flame wars here.
