This was my first oil simulated. I develop a photomanipulation previously which I used as reference. The way to do it is simple, take a image as a reference and you paint every detail of the image using the artistic brushes in PS. I know that this work is very crude, but still has managed to fool more than one. Those who do not want to cheat, is to all those masters of oil painting, I send them my respects. Pintura Digital.
Este fue mi primer oleo simulado. Como referencia he utilizado una fotomanipulación que elabore previamente para este trabajo. La forma de hacerla es simple; tomas una imagen como referencia y vas pintando cada detalle de la imagen utilizando los pinceles artísticos en PS. Yo se que este trabajo es muy burdo, pero aun asi, ha conseguido engañar a mas de uno. A quienes no quisiera engañar, es a todos esos maestros de la pintura al oleo, para ellos todo mi respeto. Overall, you have done an amazing job at stimulating the look and feel of an oil painting! I really don't think you could have improved on anything at all! The dark sky and trees behind the steed really help it to stand out. Brilliant work!
I like the whole feeling and the textures, it really gives the impression of oil paint softness. If something has to be taken care of is the angle of the stokes, if made intentionaly they should however have some harmony in its placemente (more noticeable in sky adn trees) I think the horse is specially nicely done, good work
